4 Best Dripify Alternatives in 2026, Compared on Features and Pricing

Dripify does one job cleanly: it runs LinkedIn and email sequences from the cloud, on every paid plan, from $59 per user per month. Teams look elsewhere for one of three reasons, and none is that the tool is bad.

This guide compares the four alternatives that come up most in that decision, on what changes the answer: which channels each one sends on, at which tier, how deep the CRM connection goes, and whether there is an API. Every price was read off the vendor’s own pricing page on 21 August 2026, billing set to monthly.

Which Dripify alternative is the best?

La Growth Machine is the strongest Dripify alternative in 2026 for B2B teams that need LinkedIn and email in one sequence and in their CRM; Expandi wins on LinkedIn volume, Meet Alfred on adding X, Waalaxy on entry price.

How we compared these four Dripify alternatives

Four tools, one of them ours. We run La Growth Machine daily in real campaigns, so that entry carries first-hand detail the others do not. Waalaxy, Expandi and Meet Alfred are compared on public sources only: their pricing and feature pages, read on 21 August 2026 with billing set to monthly.

That split sets the limit of what this page says. You will not find a verdict on how Expandi’s interface feels after three months, or on whether Waalaxy gets accounts restricted. We have not run those campaigns.

Disclosure: La Growth Machine is our own product and is ranked first here. The criterion is narrow and stated: LinkedIn and email in a single sequence per person, synced into a CRM without middleware. On other criteria the others win. Waalaxy is a third of the entry price, Expandi runs dedicated IPs per country, and Meet Alfred alone sends on X.

Three pricing pages here default to the annual rate: Dripify, Meet Alfred, and our own. Every figure below is the monthly rate. Where a vendor documents nothing, the cell says not documented rather than no.

Why teams look for a Dripify alternative

Dripify is rarely abandoned because it fails, but because a team outgrows the shape of it. Three reasons come up repeatedly, and each points at a different replacement, which is why “the best Dripify alternative” has no single answer.

Price per seat, multiplied. Dripify bills per user, from $59 a month on Basic and $99 on Advanced. A five-person team on Advanced pays $495 a month before anything else.

The integration layer stops at HubSpot. Dripify documents a HubSpot integration and webhooks, both from Pro. Basic has neither, and no CSV export. If outreach data has to reach another CRM, that is the wall people hit.

One campaign on the entry plan. Basic runs a single drip campaign with limited daily quotas. Enough to test the idea, not to run segmented outreach, so the real entry price for most teams is the $79 Pro tier, not the $59 headline.

The four best Dripify alternatives at a glance

The table below is the full comparison, before the individual write-ups. Read two columns first: which channels a tool sends on at the price you would actually pay, and whether it exposes an API. Those two decide most switches, and vendor marketing blurs both.

The 4 best Dripify alternatives in 2026

Each entry below follows the same five blocks in the same order, so you can read across them rather than down them, and the ranking sits in the verdict above and in each Best for line rather than in the numbering.

1. La Growth Machine — best for LinkedIn and email in one sequence

Overview

La Growth Machine is an outreach platform that runs one sequence per person across LinkedIn and email, from cloud infrastructure with dedicated IPs and no browser extension. Its distinguishing choice is not the channel list, which matches Dripify’s on the entry plan. It is that activity syncs both ways with HubSpot and Pipedrive without middleware, so a LinkedIn reply lands on the CRM record the pipeline is measured against.

Key features

One sequence per person. LinkedIn and email are steps in the same flow with if/then conditions, not two tools with two threads. Calls arrive at Pro, X on the top plan.

Two-way CRM sync. HubSpot and Pipedrive connect natively, without middleware; other CRMs, Salesforce included, through Zapier. Campaigns can pause when a CRM record changes stage or a deal already exists.

Enrichment on a credit allowance. The entry plan carries 1,250 credits a month, which is 250 fully enriched leads. Waterfall enrichment runs through nine email providers and two verification tools before giving up. Credits reset each cycle and do not roll over.

Reporting past the campaign line. Performance breaks down by campaign, message, channel and sender, and carries lead status through to converted, so you can retire a message rather than a whole sequence.

Pro-tier layers. Social warming, Real Chat Mode, inbox rotation, lookalike opportunities, intent data and the unified inbox sit on Pro, not entry. So do the REST API and webhooks. AI-generated voice messages work as a LinkedIn sequence step.

Pros & cons

Pros:

  • LinkedIn and email in one sequence per person on the entry plan
  • Native two-way sync with HubSpot and Pipedrive, without middleware
  • Reporting by message, channel and sender, not just campaign
  • Cloud, with dedicated IPs and nothing tied to a rep’s browser

Cons:

  • API and webhooks start at Pro, so the entry plan is not the one to build against
  • Billing is per identity, so several senders means several subscriptions
  • Calls and X are not on the entry plan

Pricing

From €60 per month per identity, billed monthly; the pricing page shows the lower annual rate by default. The entry plan covers LinkedIn and email, 1,250 enrichment credits a month, one sending email per identity and up to three identities, each billed separately. Calls arrive at Pro, X on the top plan, with the API.

A 14-day free trial, no credit card. Prices verified 21 August 2026.

Best for

B2B sales and growth teams of roughly 10 to 500 people running LinkedIn and email together who need that activity in HubSpot or Pipedrive. The wrong pick for a solo user who only needs LinkedIn, or a team wanting to drive everything through an API on the cheapest tier. The 14-day free trial asks for no card, so a real sequence against a real list settles it.

2. Waalaxy — best for solo users starting on the smallest budget

Overview

Waalaxy is a LinkedIn outreach tool that ships a Chrome extension alongside its web app, positioned at the bottom of the market on price. Its entry plan is €19 per user per month, roughly a third of Dripify’s, and the only one here a single user adopts without a budget conversation. The trade is scope: the two cheapest plans send on LinkedIn only.

Key features

LinkedIn sequencing with pre-built templates. Connection requests, messages, profile visits and follow-ups, with 300 invitations a month on Pro, 800 on Advanced.

Email finder credits. 25 a month on Pro and Advanced, 500 on Business.

Cold email sequences from Business. Campaigns combining LinkedIn and email appear at €69 per user per month, not before.

API and workflow modules from Advanced. API access and the Make, Zapier and n8n modules start at €49. Below that there is no programmable surface.

CRM synchronization is advertised from Pro, but no CRM is named, so it is an open question rather than a feature.

Waalaxy interface showing key features and dashboard

Pros & cons

Pros:

  • The lowest entry price here by a wide margin
  • 14-day free trial on every plan
  • Pre-built sequences make the first campaign quick to launch

Cons:

  • LinkedIn only on Pro and Advanced; email costs €69 per user per month
  • No programmable surface below the €49 Advanced tier
  • The advertised CRM synchronization names no CRM
  • Ships a Chrome extension alongside the web app; the split is undocumented

Pricing

Three plans, per user per month: Pro €19, Advanced €49, Business €69. Quarterly billing takes 20% off, yearly 50%. There is no free plan and no enterprise tier on the pricing page as of this check, a change from earlier versions of Waalaxy’s line-up.

A 14-day free trial on all three. Prices verified 21 August 2026.

Best for

Solo founders, freelancers and one-person sales functions prospecting on LinkedIn only. If email has to be in the sequence, price the €69 Business tier against this list, not Waalaxy’s headline.

3. Expandi — best for cloud-based LinkedIn outreach at volume

Overview

Expandi is a cloud LinkedIn outreach platform built around account safety at volume. It runs server-side with dedicated IPs, so nothing depends on a browser staying open, and it sequences connection requests, messages, InMails and event invitations with email follow-ups in the same flow. At $99 per seat per month it is the most expensive entry point here, priced that way because what it sells is running LinkedIn hard without the account paying for it. For a direct read against the cheapest tool here, see Expandi and Waalaxy compared head to head.

Key features

Cloud infrastructure with dedicated IPs. Campaigns run without a browser extension and without the user’s machine on.

Conditional campaign logic. Sequences branch on whether a prospect accepts, replies or ignores, so one campaign covers several paths.

InMails and event invitations as sequence steps, alongside connection requests and messages, with email follow-ups in the same flow.

Personalisation with variables and dynamic content.

⚠️ Expandi’s pricing page documents no native enrichment, no named CRM integration and no API. A customer testimonial refers to “our CRM” without naming it. We treat that silence as undocumented, not as absent.

Expandi interface showing key features and dashboard

Pros & cons

Pros:

  • Fully cloud-based with dedicated IPs, nothing tied to a rep’s browser
  • Branching campaign logic that adapts to prospect behaviour
  • Email follow-ups inside the LinkedIn sequence, not a second tool

Cons:

  • The highest entry price here, at $99 per seat
  • No enrichment, CRM integration or API documented on the pricing page
  • Per-seat pricing, so team cost scales linearly

Pricing

Business at $99 per seat per month billed monthly, with a discount for annual billing. An Agency plan covers 10 or more seats on request. The page shows monthly by default, so $99 is the like-for-like figure.

A 7-day free trial, with nothing charged until you continue. Prices verified 21 August 2026.

Best for

Sales teams, recruiters and agencies pushing LinkedIn volume server-side on dedicated infrastructure. The wrong pick if enrichment, CRM sync or an API matter, because none is documented.

4. Meet Alfred — best for adding X to LinkedIn and email

Overview

Meet Alfred is one of the older cloud platforms here and the only one of the four that sends on X alongside LinkedIn and email. It also ships a LinkedIn CRM and a smart inbox. The detail that matters is tiering: the $59 entry plan is LinkedIn only and capped at three active campaigns. Sequencing across LinkedIn, email and X starts at Pro, $99 per user per month, which is where Meet Alfred should be compared against this list.

Key features

Sequences across LinkedIn, email and X, from the Pro plan.

Built-in LinkedIn CRM with tags, notes, lead tracking and export, plus automated messages for work anniversaries and role changes.

Smart inbox consolidating LinkedIn, email and X conversations, with labels, filters and notes.

Lead Finder, a search layer for target lists. The credit volume is not published.

Zapier and webhooks from Pro, along with InMail sequencing, LinkedIn groups and events, Sales Navigator support, templates and AI personalisation.

Meet Alfred interface showing key features and dashboard

Pros & cons

Pros:

  • The only tool here that sends on X, alongside LinkedIn and email
  • Contact management and a unified inbox included rather than bolted on
  • Team tier adds white label and shared inbox management

Cons:

  • The $59 entry plan is LinkedIn only, capped at three campaigns
  • Multichannel means the $99 Pro plan, not the headline price
  • No native CRM named; everything routes through Zapier
  • The free trial length is not published

Pricing

Three plans, per user per month, billed monthly: Basic $59, Pro $99, Team $79 for larger groups. Annual billing roughly halves those figures and is what the page shows by default, which is why Meet Alfred is often quoted far lower elsewhere.

A free trial is offered, but its length is not published. Prices verified 21 August 2026.

Best for

Sales professionals and consultants whose prospects are reachable on X as well as LinkedIn and email, and who want lead management inside the outreach tool. Budget for Pro at $99, not the $59 headline.

Where the code runs: cloud platforms, browser extensions and account safety

The difference that survives longest between these tools is architectural: whether outreach runs on the vendor’s servers or in the rep’s browser. Cloud platforms send from dedicated infrastructure and keep running when the laptop closes. Extensions borrow the rep’s session, tying throughput and risk to one machine.

Three of the four here are cloud, as is Dripify. Waalaxy is the exception: it ships a Chrome extension alongside its web app. Which part of the sending runs where is not documented on its pricing page and we have not tested it, so we state the architecture and stop there.

The second axis decides most technical evaluations, and vendor pages document it worst: is there a programmable surface, what does it carry, and on which plan? Writing leads in and getting replies back out as events are two capabilities, and only one is a webhook. La Growth Machine exposes a REST API plus webhooks from the Pro plan, not the entry one. Waalaxy opens API access and its Make, Zapier and n8n modules at the €49 Advanced tier. Meet Alfred and Dripify document outbound webhooks at Pro but no REST API. Expandi documents neither.

The consequence is practical: to drive campaigns from your own data layer rather than the tool’s interface, the entry tier of every product here is the wrong one, and the comparison to run is between second-tier prices, checking what each surface carries.

Best Dripify alternative by use case

The right answer changes with what you are optimising for, and the four situations below cover most of the switches we see. Read each entry price next to the tier where your channel mix actually lives, because for two of these tools those differ.

…for teams that need outreach activity to land in HubSpot or Pipedrive

Pick La Growth Machine. It is the only tool here documenting native two-way sync with both HubSpot and Pipedrive without middleware, and it can pause a campaign when a CRM record changes stage. Dripify offers HubSpot from Pro, Meet Alfred routes through Zapier, Expandi documents nothing. If pipeline reporting lives in the CRM, middleware is where attribution dies.

…for solo founders and very small teams on a tight budget

Pick Waalaxy at €19 per user per month, but only if LinkedIn alone is enough. It is a third of Dripify’s entry price and the cheapest way to run structured LinkedIn sequences. The moment email joins, the comparison flips: Waalaxy’s Business tier is €69, above both La Growth Machine’s €60 entry plan and Dripify’s $59.

…for teams running LinkedIn and email in the same sequence

Pick La Growth Machine or stay on Dripify. Both cover LinkedIn and email on their entry plans, at €60 and $59, so this is the one comparison here where the channel list does not separate them. What does is what happens after the reply: the CRM sync and the per-message reporting. If your sequence is email-led rather than LinkedIn-led, these Lemlist alternatives for email-led sequences are the better starting point.

…for teams that orchestrate outreach from a data layer they already own

None of the entry plans is right. Price the second tier of whichever tool you shortlist, because that is where the API lives, and ask whether the outreach tool is even the right place for list building. If enrichment is the part you are actually solving, look at Clay alternatives for the enrichment layer first and treat outreach as the execution layer downstream.

Who La Growth Machine is for

La Growth Machine fits B2B sales and GTM teams of roughly 10 to 500 people, running two to a dozen sending identities, in software, tech, finance and agencies, where LinkedIn and email are both live channels and the pipeline is reported out of HubSpot or Pipedrive. The fit is specific: one sequence per person across both channels, visible in the CRM without a middleware hop.

It is not right for a single user prospecting on LinkedIn only, where Waalaxy is cheaper and sufficient; nor if you need to build lists from scratch at scale, which is upstream of this platform; nor if the plan is to drive everything through an API on the cheapest plan, because the API starts at Pro.

The entry plan is €60 per month per identity, covering LinkedIn and email, 1,250 enrichment credits a month and up to three identities. The 14-day free trial does not require a card.

How to choose a Dripify alternative

Five questions, in the order that narrows the list fastest. Most teams answer the first three and find one or two tools left standing, quicker than working through a feature matrix column by column. Answer them against the tier you would actually buy, not the headline price, because on this list those differ by a factor of two.

  1. Which channels, at which price? Compare the tier where your channel mix is actually available, not the headline. Waalaxy at €19 is LinkedIn only; its email tier is €69. Meet Alfred at $59 is LinkedIn only; its multichannel tier is $99.
  1. Where does the outreach data end up? If the answer is a CRM, check whether the connection is native or goes through Zapier, and on which plan. This axis has the widest spread here.
  1. Is there an API, and on which plan? If you plan to trigger campaigns from your own systems, this decides the price you actually pay. Two of the five tools here document outbound webhooks but no REST API on their pricing pages, which is not the same purchase.
  1. Cloud or extension? Cloud sending is independent of the rep’s machine. An extension is not. That affects how the tool behaves when someone goes on holiday as much as anything else.
  1. What does enrichment cost? Every tool here meters it in credits. Read the monthly allowance, whether it rolls over, and what a fully enriched lead costs, because “enrichment included” means different volumes per vendor.

Once the shortlist is down to two, compare total monthly cost for the senders you actually have. Our pricing page lists what sits on each plan.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest Dripify alternative?

Waalaxy, at €19 per user per month on Pro, roughly a third of Dripify’s $59 monthly entry price. The caveat is scope: Pro and Advanced send on LinkedIn only. Email starts at Waalaxy’s Business tier, €69 per user per month, more than Dripify and more than La Growth Machine’s €60 entry plan. So it is cheapest for LinkedIn-only prospecting and dear for LinkedIn plus email.

Which Dripify alternative works best with a CRM?

La Growth Machine, on what the vendors publish: native two-way sync with HubSpot and Pipedrive without middleware, plus rules that pause a campaign when a CRM record changes stage. Other CRMs, Salesforce included, go through Zapier. Dripify documents HubSpot from Pro, Meet Alfred routes through Zapier from Pro, and Expandi documents no CRM integration at all.

Do these tools include email as well as LinkedIn?

Not all of them, and not at the price you first see. Dripify includes LinkedIn and email on every paid plan, La Growth Machine on its entry plan, and Expandi runs email follow-ups inside the LinkedIn sequence. Waalaxy needs its €69 Business tier for email, Meet Alfred its $99 Pro tier. Which tier your channel mix sits on matters more than the headline price.

Is LinkedIn outreach automation safe to use?

Automated LinkedIn outreach sits outside LinkedIn’s terms of service, so there is inherent risk and no tool removes it. What differs is structural: cloud platforms send from their own infrastructure with dedicated IPs, extensions from the rep’s session on the rep’s machine. We have not run controlled safety tests here, so we publish no restriction rates, and would treat a vendor that does with caution. See our guide to LinkedIn outreach.

How much do Dripify alternatives cost per month?

On monthly billing, checked 21 August 2026: Waalaxy from €19 per user, La Growth Machine from €60 per identity, Dripify and Meet Alfred from $59 per user, Expandi from $99 per seat. Annual billing cuts several substantially, and three of these vendors show the annual rate by default, which is why figures quoted elsewhere are often lower than what you would pay monthly.

Can I use these tools with LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

Most support importing from Sales Navigator searches, though the tier varies. Meet Alfred lists it from Pro; La Growth Machine imports from both standard LinkedIn and Sales Navigator on the entry plan. Sales Navigator is a separate LinkedIn subscription, so budget it on top.

Conclusion: our top picks

La Growth Machine is the pick if LinkedIn and email belong in the same sequence and that activity has to be visible in HubSpot or Pipedrive without middleware, from €60 per month per identity, or the Pro tier if you intend to drive it from your own systems. That is our own product, and the ranking rests on that one criterion.

Waalaxy wins on price alone, at €19 per user per month, if LinkedIn is the only channel you need. Expandi wins for LinkedIn volume server-side, at $99 per seat. Meet Alfred wins if X genuinely matters, budgeted at its $99 Pro tier.

Staying on Dripify is defensible too. Its entry plan covers LinkedIn and email for $59 per user, the same channel scope as the tool we rank first. If nothing here named a gap you actually have, the switch is not worth the migration.

All prices were read on each vendor’s own pricing page on 21 August 2026, billing set to monthly. Plans change often here, so check before you buy. Compare our own plans on the pricing page.
