What is the LGM Inbox?
As its name suggests, La Growth Machine’s inbox is a central inbox where you can organize all your conversations, whether they are via email or LinkedIn. This will allow you to better manage your conversations and save a lot of time.
Are all my conversations in the inbox? 😱
Don’t worry! For privacy reasons, you won’t find all your email/Linux conversations. Only those with leads activated by La Growth Machine.
The LGM inbox includes all conversations (initiated by LGM or not) with leads who have been activated at least once by La Growth Machine, meaning they have participated in at least one campaign.
All emails and DMs that you send from your apps to people you’ve never spoken to via LGM will not be visible in your inbox.
What information is available?
For a given lead, you have a full overview of what happened with them:
- Lead information: Full name, company, LinkedIn URL, etc.
- Lead history: Previous messages, channels used, etc.
- Emails/LinkedIn DMs sent as part of a campaign: Including their statistics (open rate, clicks)

How and when are messages synchronized? 🤔
All sent messages will be available in your inbox.
To continue synchronizing your messages, your widget must be open or you must be logged into LGM Cloud. So whether you send a message from LGM or from another tool (email or LinkedIn), you will find it in your inbox!
New message notifications
As soon as one of your contacts replies to your LinkedIn messages or emails, you will receive a notification. You just have to click on it to open the conversation:

Next to your identity, you will find red dots: they indicate the number of unread conversations per identity.

When you read an email or DM in your LGM inbox, it will not be marked as read in your email application or on LinkedIn.
Replying to leads
You can reply on LinkedIn and by email directly from the LGM inbox. Replying on Twitter is not yet available.
You can reply in the same thread as the last email or write a new email by clicking on the arrow next to the reply button (see below).

To send an email to a lead, it is essential that they have a professional or personal email (depending on your settings and use case). To send a DM to a lead, the identity must logically be connected to them on LinkedIn.
Inbox and team management

Everyone in your company can access the same inbox. To make it easier to find your leads, you can filter the list by identity as shown below. This will only show leads that have been activated by a specific LGM identity.
Expert Tip 🧠
Here is some information that is good to know:
- All members can read a conversation and reply directly from the LGM inbox. In any case, messages will be sent from the identity (mail / LinkedIn) from which the campaign was launched.
- Once a member has read the message, it will be marked as read for all team members in your LGM inbox.
- Once a member has replied to a message, all team members will be able to see the reply.
- All members of the organization will be notified when a lead replies to a message
