Sales Navigator doesn’t let you download a CSV directly from a search. You can see your results, but getting them into a spreadsheet takes a workaround. Here’s the fastest way to turn any Sales Nav search into a clean, exportable list.

What you need before you start

You’ll need La Growth Machine connected to the same LinkedIn account that has Sales Navigator access. If you’re using a different LinkedIn account for SN, connect that one to LGM first.

Option 2: Export from a Sales Navigator Lead List

If you’ve already saved leads into a Lead List in Sales Navigator, you can export that list directly.

Step-by-step:

  1. In LGM, choose Sales Navigator List under the LinkedIn import options.
  2. In Sales Navigator, open Lead Lists and click into the list you want.
  3. Copy the URL of the Lead List page.
  4. Paste it into LGM and click Import.
  5. Select the imported leads and click Export to CSV.

This is faster if you’ve already curated your list inside Sales Navigator and just want to get it into a spreadsheet.

What’s in the CSV?

Your exported file includes:

  • First name, last name, job title, company
  • LinkedIn profile URL
  • Professional email and phone number (if LGM found them during enrichment )
  • Connection status on LinkedIn
  • If you export from a campaign, you’ll also get engagement data: email opens, clicks, replies, and timestamps

You can open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or any CRM that accepts CSV imports.

How to keep your export up to date

If you save your search in Sales Navigator, new leads matching your filters will show up over time. To capture them:

  1. Re-import the same saved search URL into LGM.
  2. LGM will pull in only the new leads (it skips duplicates automatically).
  3. Export the updated audience.

This is useful for TAM monitoring or monthly prospecting refreshes.

Common questions

Can I export more than 2,500 leads at once?

Not from a single Sales Navigator search. The platform caps results at 2,500 per query. If you need more, break your audience into segments (by location, company size, or industry) and run separate imports.

I already have a CSV from another tool. Can I still use it?

Yes. You can import your own CSV into LGM, enrich it, and then export a cleaner version with more complete data.

Do I need Sales Navigator to do this?

This workflow requires Sales Navigator. LGM also supports LinkedIn Basic imports, but with stricter limits (around 1,000 results per search). Use whichever matches your subscription.

Can I add email addresses before exporting?

Yes. After importing, run enrichment inside LGM to find professional emails and phone numbers, then export the enriched file.
