Clay and La Growth Machine are two complementary tools for modern prospecting.
Clay is a data enrichment and automation platform that helps identify companies and contacts at scale, then qualify them with precise signals such as funding, team size, or tech stack.
We are a multichannel automation tool that turns this data into personalized outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Together, they create a powerful workflow: Clay to find and enrich the right prospects, and La Growth Machine to engage and convert them efficiently.
First, let’s build the List in Clay, you’re going to build the clay table, starting from a people search.
Add your company filter :
Size > 50-200 employees
Industry > Software Development
Likewise for the job titles, note all relevant titles and ensure it’s the extensive list of job titles used in that country :
Job Titles > Head of Sales – Sales Manager
Then experience :

And last, location :
Location > US
And you can import to a new table.
Then, you can enrich from the company’s domain & find their linkedin profile.
Click on “Add enrichment”, select “Company Profile” > Company Domain.
You can then run all rows
Now that we have our list of prospects, we can export them to LGM to start our outreach campaign!
First, let’s build the List in Clay, you’re going to build the clay table, starting from a Find jobs search,
You’re looking for companies that recruit in London, offer a full-time job and also limit a one position per company. Here are the filters applied:
You can import and enrich the results with Company’s information
Next step is to now filter all companies by their size as we are looking for positions in companies between 201 to 500 employees.
For that, you can add a column and then click on “Merge columns” to extract company information that you’ve enriched.
The query is {{Enrich LI Company}}?.size
Now you can filter out companies that interest us and start looking for Recruiters to contact using “Find people at these companies” and Include Job Title > Recruiter
Once you’re happy with the result, you can import the list to a new table.
There are 2 options to export – depending on your Clay & LGM plan.
If you don’t have access to the APIs, you can export a csv and then import the csv into LGM.
If you’ve got access to our native integration, you’ll need to select La Growth Machine as a Sequencer, then Select your LGM’s account by entering your API key.
Once connected, you’ll be able to select an audience and map your leads’ data
And that’s it, you’re good to go and launch your new campaign!
