Affiliate Program Terms

1. The program

• These terms apply to the La Growth Machine affiliate program, launched on October 14, 2026.
• By joining the program, you accept these terms.
• Agencies that run La Growth Machine for their clients may be offered our partner program instead.

2. Who can join

• Anyone can apply through our application form. We reply within 2 business days.
• We review every application against our criteria. We may decline an application without giving a reason.

3. Your commission

• You earn 25% of every payment made by the customers you refer, for the first 12 months of each customer.
• A customer counts as yours if they sign up within 45 days of clicking your link.
• Your referrals get a 1-month free trial instead of 14 days.
• Commissions are calculated on the amounts customers actually pay.
• If a referred customer is refunded, the commission on that payment is cancelled. If it was already paid, we deduct it from your next payout.
• You earn no commission on your own account, on your company's accounts or on La Growth Machine accounts.

4. How you get paid

• We pay your commissions every quarter, once the quarter ends.
• We tell you how much you've earned. You send us an invoice, and we pay you by bank transfer.
• You are responsible for declaring and paying taxes on your earnings.
• Track your clicks, signups and commissions in your affiliate dashboard.

5. What's not allowed

• Referring yourself, or creating accounts to earn commissions.
• Posting your link on coupon, deal or cashback sites.
• Running ads on our brand without written approval. This includes bidding on “La Growth Machine”, “LGM” or related keywords, and using our name in ad copy.
• Making misleading claims about La Growth Machine, its features or its prices.
• Sending messages that break anti-spam or data protection laws.

Breaking these rules may lead to removal from the program and the loss of unpaid commissions.

6. Inactive accounts

• If you earn no commission for 12 months in a row, you leave the program.
• We send you a reminder after 3, 6 and 9 months without commission.
• We give you notice before removing your account.

7. If you were an affiliate before October 14, 2026

• Join through our form to move to 25%.
• Once you join, you earn 25% on the next payments of the customers you already referred, until their 12 months are up.

8. Changes and termination

• We may update these terms. We email you before a change takes effect.
• You can leave the program at any time.
• We may end the program with notice. Commissions earned before the end are paid.
