Get started
Monday morning, a dozen campaigns running, and one question you cannot answer fast: what do you actually work on this week?
The stats are all there, cumulative and flat. They tell you what happened. They do not tell you which reply is going cold, which campaign is genuinely broken, or whether this week beat the last.
You end up with a ranked list: which replies to send first or which campaigns to pause. The MCP pulls your live La Growth Machine data. The skill scores every running campaign you own, classifies the replies waiting on you, and renders it as a live two-tab dashboard: what to do, and how you're performing. You decide what to act on first. It runs on your own identity and campaigns, so the insights are yours to act on this week.
- Answer a few questions about your channels and your team, and the dashboard reflects your team's contexts and needs
- See the replies you owe, sorted by urgency, call requests first
- Get only the campaigns that truly need a fix, with the reason and the copy to rewrite
- Read each channel's health at a glance: on target, watch, to fix
- Tie campaigns to the deals they generate when you connect your CRM, so you double down on what drives pipeline, not just replies
How it works
Claude builds it for you
Add the skill once, then you have nothing to build yourself. Claude connects to your La Growth Machine account, asks which identity to track, and renders your dashboard as a live artifact you re-open any time. The first run sets it up in about a minute. Before it builds anything, Claude asks what you want to track: your channels, your KPIs, which teammates' identities to include. The dashboard comes from those answers.

What you'll get: a one-time setup, then your live dashboard, built for you from your own campaigns and inbox. Nothing to configure.
Screen 1: your To do tab
Nothing to export or paste. Claude reads your own running campaigns and inbox and renders a live artifact right in the chat. The first tab is your action list for the week: the replies to send, sorted by urgency, and the campaigns to fix, only the ones that need it.
What you'll get: your To do tab, built from your identity's data. Every item is one click from action.
Screen 2: your Weekly performance tab
Flip to the second tab for the numbers: total replies and positive replies versus last week, and each channel's health, on target, watch or to fix. Check this before your Monday sync.
What you'll get: your KPIs and channel health, week over week. Trends fill in after 2 or more weeks of history.
Rebuild it anytime you want
The dashboard is not frozen. Tell Claude what you want to track and it rebuilds the same artifact live: focus on one type of campaign, or zoom on a single channel. It stays in sync with how you actually run your week.
What you'll get: the same dashboard, rebuilt for the new scope. Widen it, narrow it, or switch identity as often as you need.
Bonus: refresh it every Monday, automatically
Once it is set up, you never rebuild it by hand. Ask Claude to schedule a weekly routine that re-pulls your La Growth Machine data every Monday morning and updates the same dashboard. You open it, it is already fresh.
Needs the LGM MCP connected. Your cockpit is ready before your Monday standup.
Bonus: connect your CRM to see which campaigns drive deals
The dashboard tracks replies and positive replies, the signals La Growth Machine sees on its own. La Growth Machine already writes the campaign behind every deal into your CRM. Connect that CRM, HubSpot for example, and Claude reads those deals back and ties them to the campaign that sourced them. Now you rank campaigns by the pipeline they created, not just their reply rate, and you see which ones actually generate deals.
Needs a CRM MCP (HubSpot today) and the campaign-impact-analyzer skill. Then the Deals from campaigns box fills in with real pipeline, so a reply-heavy campaign with no deals stops looking like a winner.
Prompts to try on your own campaigns
Copy one, point it at your account, and send it to Claude. In plain English, French, any language.
