Build a sequence that fits each lead

Switch to email when they don’t accept
If the invite isn’t accepted after 7 days, send an email.
Add a condition after any step and pick it from the catalog: accepted, not accepted, replied, visited back, opened, clicked. Each lead takes the branch that fits what they did.

Treat each lead the right way
Pro email found? If not, connect on LinkedIn first.
Check what you know before you write: a pro email found, an existing LinkedIn connection, any custom attribute. Your connections get a message, the others an invitation.

Start from a sequence that works
Duplicate my best campaign and send it from Tom.
Duplicate one of your campaigns or pick a ready-made sequence: messages, delays and conditions come with it. Change the sender, the audience or one step, then launch.

Send each step at the right time
Wait 1 day after they accept, then send the message.
Set a delay in days between steps. After an acceptance, the next step waits 30 minutes by default. Every step goes out within the working hours of the sender.

Keep a hand on the messages that matter
Manual check on the second message.
Add a manual check to any LinkedIn message or email. When a lead reaches it, a review task opens in your Review tab: add an icebreaker or a recent detail, then send.
task_altOnly that lead waits. The campaign never pauses.

Frequently asked questions
Which plans include the Sequence Builder? add
Every plan includes ready-made sequences, delays and conditions (“Is active on LinkedIn?” starts on Pro). Your own sequences from scratch, manual checks and call steps are part of the Pro and Ultimate plans, and X steps of Ultimate. Try La Growth Machine free for 14 days.
Which conditions can I use? add
Invite accepted or not accepted after the number of days you choose, no reply, visit back, is a contact, is active on LinkedIn, email opened, clicked or bounced, and has attribute (a pro email found or any custom attribute).
What happens when a lead replies? add
The sequence stops for that lead on every channel, by default, and the conversation lands in your inbox.
Why didn’t my message go out after the invite was accepted? add
Check the step after the acceptance: set a delay, 30 minutes by default, then the message. Each step also waits for the working hours of the sending identity.
Can I review some messages before they’re sent? add
Yes. Add a manual check to any LinkedIn message or email. Each lead waits in the Review tab until you handle the task, and only that lead waits.
Can I change a sequence after launch? add
Set it up before you launch: delays don’t apply to leads already past a step, so we don’t recommend editing a running campaign. To try a new version, duplicate the campaign, adjust the copy and launch it on new leads.
Can my team reuse a sequence? add
Yes. Duplicate any campaign with its messages, delays and conditions, then change the sender, the audience or a step.
Can I build a sequence from Claude or ChatGPT? add
Yes, with the La Growth Machine MCP, free on every plan. Your assistant starts from one of your campaigns or a ready-made sequence, rewrites the steps and saves them after your OK.
How is it different from a linear email sequence? add
A linear sequence sends the same steps to everyone. Here each lead follows the branch that fits what they did: accepted or not, replied or not, opened or clicked, on LinkedIn, email and calls in the same sequence.
