AI Playbooks/Team Performance Dashboard
For Heads of Sales Intermediate

Rank your team on conversion, then clone what works

Your outbound tools show account totals. This skill turns your outreach data into a live per-rep dashboard: who converts best and what your top campaigns do that the rest should copy. It ships as a template you shape in plain words, so the dashboard shows the KPIs you actually track.

Get started

Ten campaigns open in ten tabs still won't tell you who to coach. Account dashboards blend everyone together, so the rep who gets replies but never converts looks the same as the rep who barely replies and closes anyway.

Meanwhile whatever your best rep is doing differently stays with them. Nobody's comparing campaigns side by side, so the rest of the team keeps repeating what doesn't work.

This skill reads your whole team's La Growth Machine data. It ranks each sender on reply rate, your success event and conversion, pulls the hot leads that are going cold, and mines what your best campaigns do so you can hand it to the rest. The pattern-spotting, who's converting and who isn't, is what the AI does for you. Deciding who to coach and what to fix stays yours. (Managing your own campaigns week to week instead of auditing the team? That's the Weekly Performance Advisor.)

And it isn't a fixed report. You get a living dashboard template: install the skill, tell Claude which KPIs matter to you, and it reshapes the layout around what you want to see. Your dashboard, your metrics.

  • Start from a ready layout, then shape it to the KPIs you care about by describing them in plain words
  • Rank every sender on reply rate, acceptance, your success event and conversion, in one sortable table
  • Catch your team's buying-intent replies going cold, each linking straight to that rep's inbox
  • Measure conversion and value per rep, then turn what the top campaigns do into one-click fixes

Build your team dashboard

1

Ask for your team dashboard

Point Claude at your team's outreach account and tell it what a win looks like: a signup, a booked meeting, a deal. That success event is what the dashboard ranks on, right next to reply rate. The skill ships a ready layout you adapt in plain words, so you start from a template, not a blank page.

Prompt to copy copy
Build my weekly team outreach performance dashboard. I want to see how each of my senders is doing this week: who's generating the most replies and conversions, which hot leads are going cold, and what my best campaigns do that I should apply to the others. /weekly-team-performance

What you'll get: Claude pulls every sender's running campaigns and inbox, and asks you once how you track your success event.

2

Claude builds the dashboard

Claude rolls up every rep's campaigns, separates reply rate from real conversion, and ranks the team in one live artifact. This is the default layout: ask to add, drop or reorder any KPI and it rebuilds around what you want to see.

Open a rep's inbox Improve conversion rate

That's the Team Performance tab, live and sortable. Three more tabs hold the playbooks, the reply quality and every definition, and every one of them bends to the KPIs you ask for.

3

Reshape it until it answers your question

The first view is rarely the last, and that's the point. Reply in plain words to re-sort, add a column, swap the success metric or restructure a tab, and Claude rebuilds the dashboard and hands you the updated one. No filters to click, no export to re-run.

Prompt to copy copy
Sort by conversion, not reply rate, add a median-response column, and classify the last 50 replies so the Reply Quality tab is sharper. Then zoom in on Sam.

What you'll get: the table re-ranked on conversion with the new column, 50 more replies classified, and a single-rep view for Sam with his hot leads and the one fix that moves his number.

4

Use it your way

The dashboard is built. Run your weekly coaching review straight from it, or work the hot pipeline before it goes cold.

Coach the team
  • Hand each rep their own card, reply rate next to conversion
  • The fix buttons write the exact prompt to improve a lagging campaign
  • Stays a read-only review, you decide what to action
Close the hot pipeline
  • Open any cold lead straight in that rep's inbox, one click
  • Send the reply from La Growth Machine across LinkedIn, email and voice
  • Also sends through the La Growth Machine MCP

Bonus: give it a success_event.md so setup is one line

Write your definition of a win down once. Drop a success_event.md next to the skill with your success event, where you track it, and your reply benchmarks. Then Claude stops asking at setup, and every run measures the same thing.

success_event.md copy
event: signup (account created)
source: Airtable "Signups" table, matched on work email
value: MRR from the CRM, attributed to the rep who sourced the lead
li_reply_good: 25
email_reply_good: 6
scope: this week's active routine for reply rate, all-time for conversion

Now "build my team dashboard" runs with your success event, your source and your benchmarks, no questions asked.

Go further: a fresh dashboard every Monday

Once it works, keep it. Have Claude save the setup and run it on a routine: every Monday morning it rebuilds the dashboard from the week's data, re-ranks the team, and flags the new hot leads before your review. The numbers are refreshed and waiting when you sit down, you still run the review.

Prompt to copy copy
Every Monday at 8am, rebuild my team performance dashboard from the week's data and flag any hot lead that's been waiting more than five days.

Needs the LGM MCP connected. Pair it with your Monday review and you walk in with the answers already on screen.

Prompts to try on your team

Copy one, swap in your own team, and send it to Claude. In plain English, French, any language.

One template, your definition of a win

  • Shape the layout: add, drop or reorder KPIs by describing them, the dashboard rebuilds around what you track
  • Swap the success event: measure signups, booked meetings or closed deals, whatever a win means to your team
  • Connect the value: plug in a CRM or Stripe and the dashboard shows revenue per rep, not just reply volume
