Get started
Most prospecting sessions start from the ICP you assume: the deck, the persona doc, the accounts that feel right. But the ICP that actually pays is the one already sitting in your CRM, in the deals you closed. Miss that gap and you burn a week on accounts that were never going to convert.
The Won-Deal ICP Finder reads your closed-won deals, clusters them into named archetypes ranked by revenue, and shows which channel actually generated the money. Then, when you want more of them, the Sales Nav Search Builder turns any archetype into a ready-to-click search. Your revenue picks the target. AI does the work.
Want a concrete example of how we run this on our own pipeline? See the exact workflow from LGM by LGM.
- Find the ICP your revenue proves, from the deals you already won
- See which channel drove your revenue, not just the most deals
- Turn any archetype into a ready-to-click Sales Navigator search
- Push your best-fit accounts into La Growth Machine, ready for a campaign
Point AI at your CRM
The audit runs on your own deal data, so first give your AI assistant a way to read it. Two options: connect your CRM through its MCP so the AI reads your deals live, or export your closed-won deals to a CSV and hand it over. Most CRMs now ship an MCP. Here are the three we see most, with the docs and the one-click connectors for Claude and ChatGPT.
On another CRM? Browse the Claude connectors or the ChatGPT connectors to find yours. No connector, no problem: export your closed-won deals to a CSV and paste the file. The audit works exactly the same.
From your deals to your search
Audit your own closed-won deals
Prompt Claude with the Won-Deal ICP Finder, your CRM connected (or a CSV pasted in). It ranks your wins by deal value, clusters them into named archetypes, and ranks the channels that actually generated the revenue. No clean "Closed Won" status required, it works with what you have.
What you'll get: named archetypes ranked by revenue, not deal count, each with a one-click way to find more like it.
One honest caveat: the channel that won each deal is only as good as your CRM hygiene. If your sync overwrites the source field, the CRM can name the account, not what actually reached it.
Turn an archetype into a lookalike search
Hand an archetype to the Sales Nav Search Builder. It maps your words to LinkedIn's filter IDs, writes the title boolean, excludes the usual noise and validates the syntax before it builds the URL. Reply in plain words to narrow, widen or re-segment, and it rebuilds the search on the spot.
One tuning note straight from the demo: the title boolean is where the precision lives. Add or drop a variant like "Head of Marketing" and the skill rebuilds the whole search, no manual filter editing.
That's the real Sales Navigator URL the skill builds. Open it, import it, or refine it next. The Sales Nav Search Builder has its own playbook that goes deep on booleans, signals and refining, read the full Sales Nav playbook here.
Put the audience to work
The search is ready. Open the URL in Sales Navigator to work the list by hand, or have Claude import it into La Growth Machine in one click, so the audience is live and ready for a campaign.
- Every filter applied, start prospecting in seconds
- Stays in LinkedIn, no other tool needed
- You work the list by hand, no multichannel outreach
- One-click audience, then LinkedIn, email and voice from one place
- Checks your active campaigns, avoids duplicates, respects sending limits
- Requires the La Growth Machine MCP
Bonus: lock your archetype into a persona.md
Your winning archetype barely shifts month to month, so save it once. Keep a persona.md beside the skill, filled straight from the audit. After that, one line does it: the AI loads the file, holds your persona, and only swaps the industry or the region.
persona: RevOps / Growth Ops leader who owns the outbound stack
titles: "Revenue Operations" OR "RevOps" OR "GTM Operations" OR "Growth Ops"
seniority: Director, VP, CXO
exclude: fractional, freelance, agency, students
signals:
- changed jobs in the last 90 days
- HubSpot or Salesforce in the profile
default_geo: EMEA
Now "my persona in fintech, DACH region" comes back as a full, validated search.
Go further: turn the audience into a campaign
Sourcing is half the job. Once your best-fit accounts are a live audience in La Growth Machine, the next step is the outreach. Hand the audience to the Multichannel Campaign Builder: it turns your brief into a full LinkedIn and email sequence, gives you three angles to pick from, and self-checks the copy before you launch. Your reservoir becomes a running campaign.
Grab the Multichannel Campaign Builder skill and it writes the full sequence from your brief.
Prompts to try on your pipeline
Copy one, swap in your CRM and your segment, and send it to Claude. In plain English, French, German, any language.
One workflow, every segment
- →Swap the archetype: run the search on any of the ICPs the audit surfaced, not just the top one
- →Save it once: keep a
persona.mdso your proven ICP is one word away - →Go from list to launch: import the audience, then let the Multichannel Campaign Builder write the sequence
Turn your best deals into your next prospects
