The workflow from LGM by LGM #1

How we find our own next accounts, from the deals we already won

This is the exact workflow our team runs internally, live, on our own closed-won deals, whenever our pipeline runs dry. Two chained skills read what already closed, name the ICP our revenue proves, and turn it into a ready-to-click Sales Navigator search imported straight into La Growth Machine. We stay on the strategy. Claude handles the rest.

Get started

Every prospecting session starts the same way: a blank page, and no clear idea of who to reach out to next. So you guess, and you burn a week on accounts that were never a fit. The problem is upstream. You are targeting the ICP you assume, not the one your revenue proves.

This is the workflow our own team runs when our pipeline needs refilling, and it's the one Brice showed live on LGM by LGM #1. It starts from what already closed. The Won-Deal ICP Finder audits your closed-won deals, names the archetypes that actually convert, and ranks the channels behind them. The Sales Nav Search Builder then turns any archetype into a ready-to-click Sales Navigator search, imported straight into La Growth Machine. Two skills, one chain, no blank page.

  • Find the ICP your revenue proves, from the deals you already won
  • See which channel generated your best revenue, not just the most deals
  • Turn each archetype into a ready-to-click Sales Navigator search
  • Import your best-fit accounts into La Growth Machine in one click

Build your Lead Reservoir

1

Audit your closed-won deals

Prompt Claude with the Won-Deal ICP Finder skill, with your HubSpot MCP connected. It ranks your wins by deal value, clusters them into named archetypes, and ranks the channels that generated the revenue. No "Closed Won" status needed, and if you're not connected to the HubSpot MCP, a CSV export works just as well.

Audit my biggest closed-won deals from the last 12 months in HubSpot, find my proven ICP, and tell me which channel generated the most revenue.
Proven ICP3 archetypes · 79% of won revenue
Technical B2B SaaS45% · data infra, cybersecurity, AI, dev tools · 1–250 · Founder / Head of Growth / RevOps
People & compliance SaaS29% · HR tech, recruiting/ATS, ethics & compliance · 11–200 · Founder / VP Sales
Growth & marketing agencies5% · agencies buying on behalf of clients · 1–50 · Agency founder
ChannelOften incomplete: CRM sync can overwrite the source field
Find more like this in Sales Navigator

What you'll get: named archetypes ranked by revenue, not deal count, each with a one-click way to find more like it. This is Brice's real (anonymized) run from our own audit. Yours will look different.

One honest caveat: the channel that won each deal is only as good as your CRM hygiene. If your sync overwrites the source field, HubSpot can name the account, not what actually reached it.

2

Turn your top archetype into a search

Hand one archetype to the Sales Nav Search Builder. It maps your words to LinkedIn's filter IDs, writes the title boolean, excludes the usual noise, and validates the syntax before it builds the URL. You get the search back with two ways to use it.

Prompt to copy copy
Use the sales-nav-search-builder skill to build a Sales Navigator search for this archetype: B2B software companies in data infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI and dev tools, 1-250 employees, US / UK / Western Europe, targeting Founder, Head of Growth or RevOps.
Sales Nav searchFounders, growth & RevOps · Technical B2B SaaS

Title"Founder" OR "Co-Founder" OR "CEO" … (normalized boolean, 3 buyer roles)

One tuning note straight from the demo: LinkedIn's headcount buckets don't stop at 250, so a few 250-500 companies can slip in if your archetype caps there. Tighten the top bucket if you want an exact match.

https://www.linkedin.com/sales/search/people?query=… [real URL to paste] copy URL

That's the real Sales Navigator URL Claude builds. Open it, import it, or refine it, next.

3

Refine it until the targeting is right

The first search is rarely the final one, and that's the point. Reply in plain words to narrow, widen or re-segment, and Claude rebuilds the URL and hands you the updated one. No need to start over or touch a single filter.

Prompt to copy copy
Narrow it to companies hiring SDRs right now, exclude agencies and consultancies, and keep only France, the UK and the DACH region.

What you'll get: the same search, rebuilt with the hiring signal, the excluded industries and the tighter geo. Repeat until the list looks exactly like your archetype.

4

Use it your way

The search is ready. Open the URL straight in Sales Navigator to work the list by hand, or have Claude import it into La Growth Machine in one click so the audience is live and ready for a multichannel campaign.

Open in Sales Navigator
  • Every filter is applied, start prospecting in seconds
  • Stays in LinkedIn, no other tool needed
  • You work the list by hand, no multichannel outreach
Import to La Growth Machine
  • One-click audience, then LinkedIn, email and voice from one place
  • Checks your active campaigns, avoids duplicates, respects sending limits
  • Requires the La Growth Machine MCP

Bonus: save your archetype as a persona.md

Your best archetype does not change every week, so write it down once. Drop a persona.md next to the skill, built from the Won-Deal audit. Then a one-liner is enough: Claude reads the file, keeps your persona, and just swaps the industry or the country.

persona.md copy
icp: Scaling B2B SaaS, 51-200 employees, Series A-B
persona: RevOps / Growth Ops leader who owns the outbound stack
titles: "Revenue Operations" OR "RevOps" OR "GTM Operations" OR "Growth Ops"
seniority: Director, VP, CXO
exclude: fractional, freelance, agency, students
signals:
  - changed jobs in the last 90 days
  - HubSpot or Salesforce in the profile
default_geo: EMEA

Now "get my persona in fintech, in the DACH region" is a full, validated search.

Go further: keep the reservoir refilling

Once a search works, keep it. Have Claude save the validated URLs in a leads_sales_nav.md file, one line per archetype with the audience it feeds. Then run it on a routine: every morning Claude reads the file, pulls the new profiles from each search, and pushes them into La Growth Machine, deduped against what's already there. Your reservoir stays full without you touching Sales Navigator.
