Turn event signups and post engagers into warm pipeline

People who signed up for your event, or commented on your post to grab a resource, already raised their hand. This skill takes any warm list and keeps only the people who match your ICP, so your outreach goes to the accounts that actually buy, not the whole sheet.

Get started

A LinkedIn event pulls in hundreds of signups. A few are your exact buyer. Most are peers, students, competitors and curious lurkers. Sequence the whole list and you burn your sending limits, your sender reputation and your credibility on people who were never going to buy.

This skill reads the whole list and sorts it against your ICP. You describe who you sell to. It scores every subscriber, keeps the ones who match, flags the maybes for a human look, and drops nobody in silence. What is left is a warm, on-ICP audience you can sequence the same day.

  • Filter any list you already have: event subscribers, a CSV, a Sales Nav import, a webinar export
  • Every lead lands in a bucket: ICP match, needs review, or no match, nobody vanishes
  • A deterministic pass plus a mandatory second AI pass, so a good lead never dies on a wording mismatch
  • Your own team and competitors are stripped out before anything ships

From signup sheet to warm pipeline

1

Bring your warm list into La Growth Machine

Start from people who already raised their hand: the subscribers to your LinkedIn event, or the people who commented on a post to grab a resource. Give Claude the event URL or point it at that audience, and it pulls everyone into a fresh La Growth Machine audience, ready to filter. A CSV or an existing list works too.

Import the subscribers from this LinkedIn event into a new La Growth Machine audience: https://www.linkedin.com/events/…

What you’ll get: a raw audience with every signup in it. That is the list we are about to clean.

2

Filter it against your ICP

Tell Claude who you actually sell to. It reads every profile and matches titles, seniority, function, geography and industry against your ICP, then runs a second AI pass on every borderline case. You get the list split into three clear buckets.

Filter this audience against my ICP: founders, C-level and VP Sales at B2B software companies and sales agencies in Europe. Exclude students, freelancers and anyone from a competing outreach tool.

Create the ICP audience in La Growth Machine Review the flagged leads

Every subscriber is placed, nobody dropped without a reason. The ICP match bucket is the warm audience you sequence first.

3

Refine until the split is right

The first cut is rarely the last. Reply in plain words to tighten, widen or re-segment, and Claude re-runs the filter and hands you the updated split. Move the review pile, add an exclusion, change the geography, it rebuilds without starting over.

Prompt to copy copy
Tighten it: keep only Heads of Sales and above, drop anyone outside France and the UK, and move the agency owners into their own segment.

What you’ll get: the same audience, re-sorted, with a cleaner ICP match list and a separate agency segment. Repeat until each bucket looks exactly right.

4

Create the audiences and engage the warm ones

Approve the split and Claude writes each bucket into La Growth Machine as its own named audience. Now you can act. Sequence the ICP match while the event is still fresh, and keep the review pile for a human look later.

Sequence the ICP match now
  • A warm audience that just engaged with your event, one click from a sequence
  • Reference the event in the first message and more of them reply
  • Requires the La Growth Machine MCP
Keep the maybes for later
  • The review pile stays as its own audience, ready for a human look or enrichment
  • Nobody is lost, you can promote reviewed leads into the ICP list anytime
  • Needs a quick manual scan before you sequence it

Bonus: give it an icp.md so one sentence is enough

Write your ICP down once. Drop an icp.md next to the skill with your titles, seniority, functions, geography, industries and the noise to exclude, plus your own team and competitors. Then filtering any list is a single sentence.

icp.md copy
titles: Founder, CEO, VP Sales, Head of Sales, CRO
seniority: Founder / C-level, VP, Head
functions: Sales, Revenue, Growth
geo: France, United Kingdom, DACH, Benelux
industries: Software Development, IT Services, Sales & Marketing agencies
exclude: students, freelancers, interns, fractional
exclude_companies:
  - our own team (lagrowthmachine.com)
  - competing outreach tools

Now “filter this event audience against my icp.md” is a full, validated filter.

Go further: filter every event automatically

Run a lot of events? Keep them in one file. Have Claude save each event in an events_icp.md, one line per event with the audience it feeds. Then run it on a routine: after every event, Claude imports the new subscribers, filters them against your icp.md, and creates the warm ICP audience, ready to sequence. Your pipeline refills itself.
